Welcome to CanImmunother

CanImmunother is a comprehensive manually-curated database for precision cancer immunotherapy. Currently, CanImmunother provides 3267 experimentally supported associations between 218 cancer sub-types across 34 body parts and 484 immunotherapies with 642 biomarkers and 108 targets through manual curation on 4515 publications. CanImmunother enables clinicians and researchers to timely access and follow cancer immunotherapy association data to identify improved immunotherapies with their predictive biomarkers against cancers. CanImmunother offers user-friendly web interfaces to enable users to search, browse, analyse, and access the association data for precision cancer immunotherapy, as well as to download and submit new associations for future integration.
