piRPheno API

The API interface can be invoked by users using a broad range of programming languages (python, Java, etc.), and all association data can be retrieved by providing the association identifier (ass_id) in piRPheno, such as PIRP########.

Example url: www.biomedical-web.com/pirpheno/pirpheno/association?ass_id=PIRP00000006

Optional parameter: Association identifier(ass_id) (12 characters)---This is the association identifier in piRPheno, e.g. PIRP00000006.
